Unravelled : A Local Fibre Tale is a gallery/ maker space Pop Up taking a look at fibre and textiles from a commercial and environmental stance. The General Bean will be showcasing artists from Alberta who work with local natural materials as well as creating a maker space which will include supplies from local producers. The Makerspace will be focusing on materials and producers who work with the land to help conserve the environment. Intertwined with the fibre work will be a photography exhibit showing the people, animals, land and equipment behind the scenes. We also will have an education component which will include workshops and events.
