Marian Mulligan is a lifelong mixed Media artist who spends much of her time outdoors and draws inspiration from her emotional response to nature. She feels compelled to make art with whatever tools are at hand such as acrylic paint, fiber, beads and building assemblages using collected materials and shelets the materials dictate the project.  Marian has shown her work in New Zealand, Alberta, and British Columbia and has won awards in the Bow Valley and at The Calgary Stampede. Marian enjoys teaching mixed media art journaling from her Bowness studio.
