Come explore your inner child with Lauren through expressive art-making! Each class, Lauren will guide you through a different expressive art project that will allow for free play with a variety of art supplies. We will also be practicing vulnerability with one another and sharing the things that we make. This workshop requires no art experience- just a willingness to be vulnerable and play with art supplies!

This workshop is part of the See Me. Hear Me. exhibition & residency at Canopy Studios and Sparrow Artspace. This workshop will take place at Canopy Studios in lower Mount Royal at 1723 9 St SW.
