Come explore your inner child with Lauren through expressive art making! Lauren will guide you through an expressive art project that will allow for free play with a variety of art supplies. We will also be practicing vulnerability with one another and sharing the things that we make. This workshop requires no art experience- just a willingness to be vulnerable and play with art supplies!  Please bring a pillow/ yoga mat to sit on if you wish! 💖 You may also feel free to dress up in a fun, bright way + are welcome to bring a favourite toy/something from your childhood to put on the community altar for the evening!
