Vulnerable Hearts Connection Workshop

Join Emma for an evening centered around cultivating intentional and meaningful connection. You will be welcomed in with an art exercise that merges self-connection with creativity. This is followed by randomly paired conversations, allowing for vulnerability. We are never really alone and practicing empathy delivers the embodied reminder of this. The session ends with a journaling reflection, allowing you to go inwards and cultivate takeaways for your everyday life. Designed for those seeking an authentic community experience.    

Emma’s thoughts on empathy:

Empathy means being able to hold space for others and honour their journey fully, allowing us to create more meaningful connections. It is the awareness that each of our lived experiences is entirely unique while being woven together by our shared experience of feeling emotions.

I wanted to be involved as See Me. Hear Me. is cultivating community. By highlighting a theme which pulls at our heartstrings and showcasing local art, it is creating conversations about how we emote and how we connect, which is of incredible importance. 

Please bring a journal & pen. If they have any additional art supplies they would like to use such as markers or stickers you are welcome to bring them, however, it is not necessary.
