This workshop is part of the the See me. Hear me. Expressive Art Show and happening at the Canopy Studios location (1723 9th St. SW). This unique expressive art experience combines art, drama and movement to awaken the creative mind and connection all parts of YOU. In life we deploy many facets to our personalities. We use use these as both life skills and survival tools. This fun workshop is designed to awaken awareness, explore, name, and help define the Why and How of our personalities. Bring only an open mind for fun and perhaps a mat or a cushion if you prefer working on the floor. About the facilitator: Deborah Millward is a visual and performance artist, teacher, and leading developer of guidance workshops and individual sessions called Recovering Creatively. Creative Recovering. Through her yoga practice and meditation she has learned to listen to her inner voice and makes her artwork with meticulous labour, intensive, intuitive and unique passion.
