Unleash your inner artist, using the power of your creativity to generate a flow painting creation, steeped in Love and Color. Flow painting is a playful, meditative and interactive experience welcome to all ages and abilities. The flow painting experience is supported by expressive arts activities such as installation creations, playlists, sometimes even song and dance. Go with the flow of your love and color during this fun filled session!

All ages welcome

What to bring:

1. A device to listen to music and 2-3 songs that spark feelings of love, joy, and/or peace.

2. An item that you love and makes you smile.

3. A photo of yourself that you love to see or reminds you of a moment of pure love and/or joy.

This workshop is a part of the See me. Hear me. Expressive Art Show and facilitated by feature artist Marissa Javier who creates her own flow paintings with an expressive art process involving meditation, song, dance, yoga, breath work, presence and joy.
